What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be a member of our product design team responsible for engineering components and systems that deliver uncompromising performance across both the marine and safety/rescue worlds. In this role, you’ll design for true impact—creating hardware trusted on everything from high‑performance racing yachts pushing the limits of speed and control, to elite‑level rescue and access systems where safety and reliability are absolutely critical. Your work will span concept development, modeling, testing, and iterative refinement as you help shape products built to excel in demanding environments on the water, at height, and everywhere in between. More specifically, you will:

  • Turn bold concepts into real‑world solutions, creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs that set the foundation for world‑class products
  • Design for impact , engineering components and systems trusted on everything from high‑performance racing yachts to elite rescue operations
  • Take full ownership of the development cycle, building, testing, and refining your designs to push performance, safety, and durability to the next level
  • Solve complex engineering challenges through structural analysis, tolerance studies, material selection, and creative problem‑solving
  • Collaborate across disciplines , working closely with machinists, manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to deliver elegant, manufacturable, and cost‑effective solutions
  • Shape the full lifecycle of your products, from concept to field use, applying continuous improvement, design iteration, and smart engineering judgment

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor level degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in solid modelling and 2D drawing creation (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Good grasp of manufacturing processes and DFM
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadline and goals
  • Team player able to interact in a positive, constructive manner with staff members on all levels within the company

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with sailing equipment or professional climbing/rope‑access devices
  • Confidence working directly with tools and hardware
  • Experience performing FEA or other engineering analyses
